Radha Krishna Ganti
Professor of Electrical Engineering
IIT Madras

At IIT Madras, my research is centred on advancing the theory and development of wireless and cellular communication systems. We utilise a unique combination of theory and practical development of wireless systems to tackle the pressing problems in this domain. We work closely with various govt organisations, industry and R&D groups to accomplish this.

Our groups research focuses on

  • New architectures for 5G+/6G technologies

  • AI/ML based receivers for next gen wireless systems

  • 5G/6G  large scale testbeds

    • Novel RF architectures

    • New baseband/RF processing systems

    • New RX algorithms

  • Full-Duplex radios

  • mm-Wave/THz communications
